Joe Littel Bio

I am “Philly Joe” Littel, the Luthier for these guitars. Over the years, I have done my own repairs and adjustments. “Philly Joe” has played every one of these guitars on the job and they perform great.
Engineering
Joe is a professional tool and die maker with over 30-years of experience in the industry. He was a Journeyman Tool and Die Maker working on High Precision Tooling projects for high volume production and as an Engineer did tons of research on manufacturing and other major projects including guitar engineering & design.
Joe does not make the necks as stated in the description. All the guitars are built with the same precision he performed Tooling for the Manufacturing Industry.
Joe is the owner of “Joe Littel Design,” a Tool and Manufacturing engineering and design firm specializing in tool, die, and mold design. They manage the entire project from conception, through development and manufacturing.
Musician
“Philly Joe” is also a professional Jazz guitarist who has been performing for over 40-years. As a Musician and Guitarist, he studied Jazz with the best teachers in Philadephia. He plays nothing but the best guitars, including his 1977 Gibson L-5 and his 1966 Guild X500.
